The Ascension Saga

A Dark Science Fantasy Adventure

A single journey from nightmare to creation itself.

Brad Johnson’s life comes apart the moment a brutal night terror drags him into a mystery tied to his old classmates and a long-dead professor. What starts as a shared nightmare spirals into a plunge straight into the underworld, where the group is torn from their adult lives, transformed into their younger selves, and forced to survive a realm ruled by demons, ancient magic, and the secrets their teacher tried to bury. Escaping that hell only throws them into something worse: an alternate Earth twisted by fear, war, and weaponized science. Here, CERN is a militarized fortress obsessed with time manipulation, the Vatican hunts with holy mechs, and some of the group carry the corruption of the underworld inside them, turning into monsters when night falls.

Every step forward pulls them closer to the truth behind everything they’ve endured. Long before Heaven, Hell, or Earth existed, eight celestial beings shaped the first world and fractured creation with their own ambition. Their war never ended. Brad and the others are tied to that original conflict, and the ancient beings behind it have returned to reclaim the power to rewrite reality. To stop them, the group must cross dying worlds, confront their own darkness, and reforge the Celestial Key before all existence collapses. Blending the mystery-driven tension of Stranger Things, the dread and camaraderie of It, the dark epic scale of Attack on Titan, and the mythic sweep of Dune and The Lord of the Rings, the Ascension Trilogy delivers one relentless story about friendship, redemption, and the fight to keep creation itself from falling apart.
